Six models made up the Mighty series in 1995. They were models #93901 Mighty Dump, #93905 Mighty Mixer, #93920 Mighty Loader, #93926 Mighty Crane, #93931 Mighty Backhoe and #93935 Mighty Tractor Trailer with Bulldozer. No new models were added and none were deleted.
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: Tonka began phasing in a green tinted windshield/side window "glass" to replace the clear that had been used since 1964. Even though the 1995 Hasbro dealer catalog shows only the green tinted windshield/side window on the #93901 Mighty Dump, before the end of the production year, all models had the green tinted "glass."
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: In an effort to shave a few cents off unit cost, a single exhaust stack replaced the dual stacks on the #93901 Mighty Dump, #93905 Mighty Mixer, #93926 Mighty Crane, #93931 Mighty Backhoe and the #93935 Mighty Tractor Trailer with Bulldozer. The phase in was completed before the end of the year after all inventory of the cab wrap with two holes was used up. Only the picture of the #93901 Mighty Dump in the 1995 Hasbro dealer catalog has it right
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: The "SUPER-WIDE" tire, introduced in 1992, began to be phased out in 1995, being replaced by the now new again, XMB-975 Mighty balloon tire without white roll coating. Only the picture of the #93901 Mighty Dump in the 1995 Hasbro dealer catalog has it right.
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: The 1995 Hasbro dealer catalog has yet one more Mighty detail that cut and paste overlooked. Only the #93901 Mighty Dump is presented correctly with new for 1995 cab labels. The balance of Mighty Tonkas would be treated to the new cab labels as inventory of the previous label was depleted.
