Joining model #2900 Mighty Dump, model #2905 Mighty Clam and model #2940 Mighty Mobile Crane in 1966, was model #2930 Mighty Shovel. The Mighty Shovel was shipped with "some assembly required" instructions in that the boom and shovel assembly was shipped detached from the pivoting cab. A nut and bolt were included.
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: Model #2900 Mighty Dump remained unchanged from 1965.
CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: Model #2905 Mighty Clam and #2940 Mighty Mobile Crane went through a change that distinguishes them from 1965 production. Take a look at the last picture on this page and note the arrow. In 1966, the rod that holds the bottom spool was lengthened to go entirely through the pivoting cab and secured with an acorn nut.
